That’s why if you are not 100% satisfied with your received product from www.herjewelrybox.com , you may return the item within 10 days. All items being returned for a refund must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Original packaging includes: the jewelry box, the warranty card (if applicable), the item itself with original tag, the packing slip and the return authorization form (RMA) emailed to you by one of our customer service representatives. In case, we determine that the product has been used or packaging not included, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

International Shipping:

Her Jewelry Box is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by any country. Our customers are responsible for it.

Please fill out the contact form from the "contact us" tab above and indicate the reason for your return. We will gladly help you once we receive your contact form. We will provide you with our return warehouse address with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

If you received defective product please let us know immediately, please use the Return Authorization form below and indicate the problem with your merchandise.

Please read regarding your return:
Returned jewelry items within 10 days for exchange or refund must have the original tag still attached to the article, along with the original gift box that the jewelry comes with and the original invoice. For your protection, we recommend you purchase insurance on your package for the value of the merchandise being returned. To return your products for an exchange, please place a new order on our website for the correct item first like a regular purchase. When we receive your return merchandise, we will credit back your account, less original shipping and handling costs.

In addition, an amount equal to our original shipping and handling cost will be deducted, if you received FREE shipping on your order for items that you decided to return it for any reason other then defective or incorrect item. Within 5 days of using a RMA, we MUST receive the returned package at our warehouse.

Refund:
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we received your return. Refund methods will be in the same way we received your payment. Pay-pal and credit cards  will be refunded back to your account. All items being returned for a refund must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. On very rare cases, mistakes do happen on shipping, when this happens, please contact one of our customer service representatives and we determine whether or not we will incur the return/exchange shipping fees.
